Booking Policies

Massage treatments may be covered by extended health care plans. It is the responsibility of the client to confirm the exact details of coverage.

A minimum 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

You will receive a confirmation email/text immediately after booking, and reminders 1 week and 1 day before your appointment.

Please give ample time to refill the time set aside for you.

You may reschedule or cancel online through your confirmation email up until 1 day before your appointment.

If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, please text me at 204-461-3101 and a fee will apply.

FEE FOR LATE CANCELLATION

If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel/reschedule your appointment, and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged:

  • 50% of the treatment fee the first time

  • 100% of the treatment fee thereafter

FEE FOR NO SHOW/MISSED APPOINTMENT

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment fee for the missed appointment. This must be paid before another appointment may be scheduled.

This policy is in place out of consideration and respect of my livelihood and to give other clients the opportunity to take advantage of the time slot set aside for you.
